I hit a deer last year. My car was repaired, but the air conditioner hasn't worked since. The key isn't even in the ignition and the clutch engages for the air conditioner. If I turn the car on it won't engage. Every day, my battery would run down as a result of this problem. I've taken it to the dealership, but it wasnt fixed. I was charged for the diagnosis, but it wasn't diagnosed. They kept it for two days, only to tell me it could take 6 more hours at $125/hour. So, I went and got my car. Their band-aid was to take the relay to the compressor out, as to not run the battery down. While I was getting my car was in the body shop, I lost the only functioning remote to my car. I finally ordered another one through the dealer. Took it back to the dealer to program the remote. They tried programming it to my car and later told me my car was not communicating with the machine. HELP! I've spent more than $1,000 dollars and no results. I'm a mother of two and can't have my children riding in a black on black vehicle in the Louisiana heat.....
