MY HEATER BLOWER MOTOR WORKS GREAT, BUT WE ONLY GET AIR FLOW THROUGH THE DASH VENTS AND CANNOT GET IT TO THE WINDSHIELD

You need to check actuator for defrost under the dash.

Just to add, see if defrost door will operate. Note the diagram. At the moment I can't tell if door is cable operated or vacuum? I'll have to check for hvac vacuum if vacuum operated.

My info on this talks about defrost cable, check the cable and defrost door attach point.
