Air blows cold in dash and hot in floor and windshield

That sounds like the control head is faulty. Unfortunately there is no testing of that system without a dealer level scan tool. With that you can test the various controls and doors and see if they match the requested settings and if the control head and all of the various sensors are responding. It is also needed to replace the control as it has to be programmed to match your vehicles options.

It sounds like the vent flap for the defroster stopped working. Here is a diagram to how you the location. I would remove it and work the system to see if it moves. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
