If it primarily comes on while turning or moving the steering wheel, it's likely the clock spring. However, you really need to use a scan tool to see what codes are stored as it could be the clock spring, a wiring fault or a sensor issue, GM has a long-standing tradition of the front sensors corroding. A scan tool will give you a much better idea of where to start looking.
