Air blend door actuator, how to remove floor duct to access the actuator?

Hi,

The manual is referring to the upper air duct removal to access the actuator. See pic below. Number 4 in the picture is what is indicated. Is that what you are referring to?

Let me know. If that is correct, there should only be one screw that holds it on one side and the other hinges into the plastic.

Let me know. If this is wrong, let me know if this is an automatic climate control or manual and if you are after the left or right actuator.
