So I have gotten this 2006 GT through my family, having been bought a long time ago by my father. It's got some problems, thankfully the fast n furious ones. Comp cams, injectors, spark plugs, intake + kooks exhaust system. I've been slowly making this car road legal again for inspection, but I am having trouble with P0011, P0171, and P0174. Maybe I need to run a tune / retune ECU? It has had the battery disconnected and has no supporting flash tunes with it. Drives fine, little down on power and definitely has a rough time idling when warming up. Would like to know how to approach getting these codes fixed for the PA safety and emission inspection. Thanks!

The P0011 code is the troublesome one. This can be the timing chain is off one tooth, or the camshaft actuator or oil control valve needs to be replaced, I would try the oil control valve because if is it stuck open it will over advance the camshaft. Here is the location of the valve so you can check it out, clear the codes once completed.

P0011 - "Camshaft Position A - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 1)"

P0171 & P0174 - "System Too Lean (Bank 1 & Bank 2)"

You want to replace the variable camshaft timing control valve on the passenger's side (bank A) Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
