After start power lose within three seconds

Recently bought a Daewoo Racer 1993 too much fuel average gas and petrol booth.
Now one more problem when I start car then immediately engine off fuel tank is full gas and petrol but I cannot under stand how to fix it myself.

These cars have a carburetor that goes bad. I would try to find a new one and install it. Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
