Timing belt is fron top to bottom as it links the camshaft and crankshaft.
If you do not remove the engine mount, you would not be able to get the timing belt out after removing it.
You can't pull the timing belt as it has tooths running ovet the cam and crank sprockets.
Tension should have minimal slack.

Ok. Thanks. I got 1 Other Question is Once I get that Tension Screw Loosen up With the Spring With it.? How Far/Do I Return it to Place?

You should have used your previous question for followup. It would be easier to get the job done than having 2 open questions on the same subject.

After loosening the tensioner, push it as far back as possible before locking the bolt again to hold the tensioner. this would get you the required slack for installing the timing belt.

Finally I got the car running. Your such a Pro Sir.
Now for a 2 Simple Questions:

I Have to Put Coolant @ 1st?, then after a Long Simple Drive About
5-10 Miles distance driving it on a 35 MPH Zone. I had to refill water in the reservoir container. It's like where did I put the coolant & it's Gone.? I hear a gurgling from the upper hose like its having a hard time drinking the water? Where & How may solve this problem with your assistance? Thank you awaiting for your reply/response.

P.S.
I Already change the water pump & thermostat components.
When I Bought the car the headgasket has/have been change already.

You need to bleed the system after the coolant was drained off. Hope you have not damaged the gasket by driving around with low coolant level.

When engine is cold, remove the radiator cap and check the coolant level. top up if necessary and start engine without radiator cap. top up coolant as necessary and after 3 minutes, stop engine. Wiat a few seconda and if coolant level is stable, start engine again and repeat above process. Once coolant level is stable, close radiator cap and run engine to ioperating temperature.

Allow engine to cool down and recheck coolant level. Repeat process if necessary.
