Electrical issues after a jump start incorrectly done

All hazards work the flasher was tries. the turn signals don't work or click at the same time. the speedometer got stuck on 0 even if I drive 40 mph.

It sounds like the BCM has gone out but lets start by checking the fuses first. Here is a guide and the fuse locations to get us started:
