when i drive over 50-60 miles ,the steering feels like shacking,and when i turn left it makes a sound like a metal touching a metal and sometimes makes a noise.

can you please explain what is the problem with it?

The noise may be several things:
Worn brake lining
Wheel bearing
Scraping dust shield

The vibration may be your brake rotors, bent rim, bad tire or you may just need a tire balance.
