This started to happen after seafoaming and chaning the spark plug. Now each time when the car is cold It makes this whisitling sound around 2000-2500 rpm. But if the car is fully warmed up it doesn't make any noise...I really want to know what really cause this sound? because its driving me nuts....if anyone have similair problem please let me know..

Have you checked for exhaust leaks?

Typically a whistling sound is either an airbox leak or exhaust leak.

hi, first of all you shouldnt of sea foam a 2005 acura tl ( i highly doubt that new of a vehicle is gona need it. the spark plug was a definately plus considering you might be around 100k.

have you try to isolate the whisling noise?

the whisling can be a powersteering belt thats starting to crack due to HOT AND COLD temps.

even old powersteering can cause whisling noise.

if you havnt done a PS flush since owning the car, then i would start with the power steering flush. and have the belt inspected at the same time.

hope this helps,

there is a bulletin about a bad o-ring in the power steering pump that causes air to enter the system.
bulletin 07-060.
its easy enough that you could do it yourself if you're out of warranty or want to save money
