2004 Acura TL Rt. Front door handle cap repalacement

remove the cover for the inner door handle, 2 screws; hole underneath the armrest 1 screw; rubber stop at the edge of the door, by the latch, 1 screw. pull the bottom of the door panel back towards the inside of the car to pop the plastic retainers and then up to unhook the top part away from the door. be careful not to pull far back or up or you may damage the the window switch or break the the door handle's bracket.
you'll need something thin to pry the bottom of the door panel out
