2003 Acura TL radiator fan blowing when car is turned off

My 2003 TL3.2 S-Type is turning on the fan when I turn off the car. This just started a few days ago, but when I turn the ignition key to start the car, it stops. But when I am done driving, and turn off the car, it is still running. I looked all through the manual and couldn't find anything to speak to it and it's not affecting the performance of the car (that I know of yet) but it is concerning that it's either running off the battery or who knows what else is affected.
Any idea how to spot check for a short in something, or is it possible due to extreme cold weather? It's been below freezing for about a week in Mass lately.

Might be the fan relay is sticking or the temperature switch. See electrical wiring diagram below.
