Thanks for helping me out. My car was flooded in a storm last thursday I tolled my car to a repair shop somehow technicians got the car running but we all noticed some really bad issues.
1. Engine light is on.
2. Lost air condition
3. Transmission working in high rounds like 2000 round in idel mode.
4. Car runs ok on high speed but once I stop my car it starts shaking really bad when i try to speed up again.
What would you suggest me to do? The technicians in repair shop think engine computer failed, is there any other issues I need to keep eye on it? It is a nice car I would like to try to fix it if the barget for everything is not more than $2000.
Thanks for your time.

Ok flood damage can do a vehicle in as any electrical part that was under water will at one point give you trouble. I would like know how far was the water in the car? I would replace all computer parts meaning vehicle computer and or body module and any other computer that went under water. But keep in mind this is why insurance company's total flooded cars these days the ripple affect on the car can be endless.

My car was in the water for about 15 minutes. Water was a little above the front seat.
I ordered an used ECU from junkyard, gonna try from there, then transmission computer if I can find one, so far I have no luck I could not find any transmission computers for later than year 1998 acura models. Did they make any change?

I would only do the computers that would have been wet. Yes they did make a difference. Check under the seats for any grounds and signs of any rust at those grounds and fix that too.
