2000 Acura TL braking

If vehicle is equipped with ABS, it is normal to feel some vibrations when braking hard when the ABS kicks in.

Your front rotors require machining or replacing. That will cure the pulsing.

When rotors goes bad, pulsing is felt with light or normal braking effort, NOT when braking hard.
