Electrical problem
1996 Acura TL 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When removing the left side head from my 96 3.2TL I broke off the knock sensor on that side. My question is: will the car crank/run with the sensor broken and still attached to the electrical or will it have to be replaced? That single sensor cost new from $96.00 to $125.00.
