How do i do my own brake to help me save money?

Hi,

Replacing front brakes and rotors really isn't too hard. Under normal conditions, you can expect them to last approximately 25,000 miles. However, that can change based on driving habits and terrain.

Also, here is a video showing the procedure being done on an Acura TL.. Although it is a different model, the procedure is very similar.

One you have the caliper removed, you will also need to remove the caliper mount as ween in the video. Remove the two retaining bolts on the rear of the spindle, remove the mount, and then remove and replace the brake rotor.
