transmission shifts hard?

Hello,

Any time there is a shifting issue with the transmission. First item needs to be checked is the fluid level.
Make sure the transmission fluid is at the correct level and is in good condition. Low or dirty/burnt fluid and impact the way the transmission shifts. This shift issue can also be due to a clogged transmission filter.

Remember to check the transmission fluid with the engine at operating temperature.
