2004 Acura MDX AM,FM both work,but CD,Tape don't work

I pluged in a radar detector and GPS in Y connector, and it blew the fuse.I found the fuse and replace it.I had a bad Y connector and now it works.Now my CD and Tape player won't work,but the AM,FM will.THX
