Each time car due for oil change or maintenance the light comes on and until I can get the car in for its checks the engine turns off either when I stop or slow down. It will turn back on right away but it is scary when slowing to turn or stop at light and the engine shuts off I have no steering or breaks have to flip it to park and restart. This happens 3- 4 times a day until I can get it in for its regular check up my mechanic cannot find anything wrong with system does not do it when he drive car. What can I do.
