1995 Acura Legend when tank is under half.. it's not starti

This is the second fuel pump. I replaced the last one about 9 months ago or so. I also had replaced the relays, someone told me to replace the Float (in the gas tank).. What do you think?

When it won't start do you put fuel in and it runs? if yes how much fuel do you add to get it to read full?

it was at half, and I filled it up additional 9.2 gallons before it was full. Also note that my car tilts down from the back( i need springs or shocks).. maybe the tank is tilted and fuel doens't go to the pump?..

Are you useing Honda pumps or part house

Tank capacity is 13.2 gal so 9.2 leaves 4 gal. or 1/4 of tank not half as gague indicates. suspect pick up and or pump assembly mount to high in tank.
