1995 Acura Legend rattling noise comming from trans. area

I have a rattling noise comming from the trans. area at first I thought it was Cadilated Converter but the more i listen and look and feel I think it is the trans. It dosnt rattle in idle only in acceleration and deceleration. One more thing and I dont know if this makes a difference but it also shifts hard from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd gear but after that no hard shifts and it dosnt hard shift going down only up.[/quote:626ae1d14a]
