car shakes in second gear only (90 acura integra ls)

I just got brand new engine mounts, but yet my car still shakes once i get past 4-6,000rpms and it only shakes in second, and I don't feel like taking it to a shop that has no idea what is wrong with it like the last shop I took it too they said it was the engine mounts, and obviously it wasn't, so any help would be deeply appreciated.

I need to no more about the car what year, and how many gears on the transmission.
