1999 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 134k miles

I can't figure out why my 99 Acura Integra GS-R doesn't have any oil pressure. I have replaced the oil pump with a brand new one and I have had the block rebuilt. Any suggestions?

Hi there, what is the cold idle and hot idle oil pressure, what is the pressure at 2,500 RPM's are you using a mechanical gauge to check the pressure, is the oil pick up ok, a cracked pick will cause low pressure.
