hi, I just recently upgraded my stock cat converter out for a Aftermarket Performance cat converter.

the stock cat converter has 2 oxygen sensor as oppose to my new cat which has only 2 also but the problem is only 1 of the oxygen sensor reaches (the before cat).
the after cat oxygen sensor cannot reach the second bung/hole.. do i upgrade to a longer length O2 sensor or can i just run the car on 1 O2 sensor?

iam only using the "Front" or Before Cat Convert sensor only as of the moment.. can this be harmful to the car? and does it have any negative side effect?

As your vehicle is OBD-II equipped, you will not pass your state's emission/smog test. Your check engine light will also turn on in a few days, after 2 drive cycles.

All you have to do is to lengthen the O2 sensor wires. Just make sure that you take special care in crimping the wires so it stays free of water damage in the future. If you don't want to splice and crimp, consider finding a different sensor with longer wires. The place that you got the cat from should be able to help you.
