My door ajar light is on in the instrument panel and the door will not lock electrically on the passenger side door. is there a fuse blown?

The door ajar is most likely the door jam switch.
The reason the door doesn't lock, may be the lock actuator. Does it lock and unlock when you press the switch on the door? driver door? the key fob? If neither works, you most likely have an actuator issue
