1998 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i star my engine.after my engine was hot because i am in winter contry ,i press the gas pedal ....I feel resistance when i press on the pedal .Look like someone hold my cable throtle in my engine case.So it make a sound noise bang before and is hard.After i press one time is still work fine.So waht happen with my gas pedal .something going broken in peace soon?

HI there,

This sound as if the throttle butterfly is binding due to fuel reside build up, remove the air intake hose and open the throttle by hand, using a good quality throttle body cleaner, clean the opening and the throttle valve, clean the edge of the valve as well, just use a soft rag and done leave cleaner in intake when you start up, this should fix your problem.
