1995 Acura Integra i already change the main relay

my acura integra will start with no problem and the engine runs really good while running. and i can drive as far as i can without it dying on me. but as soon as i turn it off and go to the store it wont turn on. it turns but doesnt go. i have to wait about an hour to start it again what do you think the problem is. i replace the distrubtion too and battery
