1994 Acura Integra engine clatter

My engine has a clatter when you start it off of a cold start but goes away after a few seconds. Also when i rev the engine the clatter slightly starts agian after 4000 rpm. Do you have any suggestions to what it could be?

I would be getting the engine oil pressure tested with a mechanical gauge, and i would ensure that the oil filter is genuine as well as this will have an anti drain back valve, report the pressure readings here for further assistance.
