1994 Acura Integra AC blows cool, but not cold.

I have the AC installed and working with no leaks and the clutch works perfectly fine along with the compressor. The AC blows "Cool" , but not cold. What would I need to do/replace in order to make it blow cold like a newer car. I was thinking a new condensor or perhaps a new evaporator, but I don't know for sure. I don't want to go out and spend a few hundred dollars on parts and it still just not work. Also, I used a leak detector so I know I don't have any leaks.

Was the system vacumned beffore freon was charged?

Get the low and high pressure readings at 2000 rpm and let me know how they read.

The entire AC unit was sitting in my garage for over a year because I took it out. The lines havent had any pressure in a while. The system had the same problem before I took it out. When I reinstalled it last week the problem still persisted. It has fresh freon. Also, I don't have a pressure gauge to give you the reading, but I don't think it would really matter since it is freshly installed and charged.

The pressure would tell us what is wrong.

Did you vacumn the system before charging the system?
