eng. light is on,so i jumper wire on service connector.The eng. lightblinked 2 long,and 3 fast,number 23 right? looked up in code book nonumber 23 on list for 1994-95 1.8L.I'm trying to pass smog test,thefirst time i tested it failed 15mph, NO(PPM) it meas at 791 max is 711,the guy found nipple broken on EVAP canister,the one that says tank,so i fixed it.Than the eng. light came on when i drove the car,it dose'nt come on until you reach speeds of like 20mph.Any information would be very very help-full.
