1993 Acura Integra steering wheel turns hard

The steering wheel turns hard, just happened after driving a few miles. it had been leaking some fluid for a few days , checked the oil it was fine. radiator was also okay. could it be power steering fluid or transmission oil.

leaking fluid and hard steering points to leaking power steering fluid. could be due to failed PS hose or the PS pump itself.
