1992 Acura Integra Idles low, stalls at stops

Engine idles low at stops and stalls at anything under 1500rpm. Jumpy chugging action when start out until reach at least 45mph. When let up on the gas the engine jumps instead of slowing down easily. I have recently replaced the alternator, had oil changed, new battery and replaced the spark plugs (not that I think any of that is related but thought important to note). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
