ok so i came out side of my house to go to work to find my horn stuck in the on position. So I disconnected the neg. batt. Terminal. Then reconnected it. The horn went out and never worked again along with break lights. I checked the 20-amp fuse under the hood and it was blown. I went and got a fuse and replace it. Thinking this might do the trick. Well the horn didn’t work still and as soon as I hit the horn to check and see if it did work there was smoke from under the hood. I disconnected the neg. batt. Terminal once again and the burning smell and the smoke stopped. I check the fuse I had just put in and it too was gone. Any ideas as to what is going on and why it keeps popping fuse like candy??
