Transmission problem
1991 Acura Integra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual
i was wondering if i can adjust or tighten the shifter linkage. there is way too much "play" in the shifter. sometimes when i think im in 1st gear im really in 3rd and 3rd gear i am bearley able to engage it when the rpms are over 2500 when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear it grinds the gears going into 3rd gear but if i let the rpms drop a bit b4 shifting from 2 to 3 gear its smooth but does not feel like it is fully engaged. it has not poped out of gear. sometimes i dont know what gear im in until i let out the clutch
