I'm sure someone knows the answer to this question.

why is it that when i brake, about half of the time when i'm coming close to a stop, around 1 or 2 mph, i can hear a quiet clicking sound for about 2 seconds, near the glove box and while that clicking sound is being made my brake pedal kind of vibrates, and makes it a little more difficult to break. rarely weird squeaking sounds can be heard outside of the car. somewhat loud.
However when the "ANTI-LOCK" light is on, i don't have this problem. the light comes on about half of the time when i drive.

another problem i have is...i believe it may have something to do with the curise control. this happens almost every time i drive, when im driving and it happens usually from a stopped position, i will be stopped, and when i get going and press on the gas, the car will start accelerating on its own. the way to stop this from happening is, when it happens, i can just hold on the brake while the car is trying to accelerate and being held at about 3500 rpm and after about 8 seconds, the check engine light will come on and the accelerating will die off. and from there i can drive a NORMAL CAR.
