1990 Acura Integra Should I get an second opinion for A/

1990 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I took my car in for free a/c inspection with brake job...but mine had the old system and they need to charge me $140 to install the new fittings and charge system, plus add a green dye to see where it's leaking.

For the first few days after getting this service the a/c was ice cold and never made any noticeable weird noises. On day 3 it was blowing hot again and I checked under the hood and found a large leak in the upper house that is above the radiator. That's also where I noticed the green dye. I looked over the engine and didn't see any more dye. So I took it back in and asked them to fix the leak and recharge the system.
They supposedly tested it all out and looked at the compressor and evaporator with a black light or something and saw leaks everywhere.

I question whether I may really need the whole system replaced after it was super cold for 2 days and I heard no strange noises and only noticed one leak. I also question a compressor leaking but working perfectly when the system was fully charged...
Also do the prices sound high?
