1990 Acura Integra idle out of control, cant seem to adjust

hi, i wanted to know if u have any other ideas, for my car reving so high, it turns on and i have no problem but, it rev'a at 2000-2500 rpm and its already at driving temp, i have changed the idle air control valve, twice, i have giving it a new distributer, new vacume tubes, new map sensor, have ran out of ideas, pleas help im tiered of loosing gas to a car thats sopose to save me gas......

UPDATE.........
ok i dont know if it matters but, my acura is the japanes made so some of the things that the usdm one has mine dose not have like the EGR Valve, and some others, i manage to find a cloge in the coolant lines that leads to the IACV, have uncloged it but now it still revs between 1200-1600rpm any other ideas.

There is a vacumn leak somewhere.
One of the most likely area would be the Fast Idle Thermo valve. It is located under the throttle body.

thank you but im having a problen finding it, i took off the throttle body, is it exactly on the throttle body or some where else

The lower part of the throttle body where the coolant hose is connected to is the part.

Remove the 2 holding screws to uncover the cap and you can see inside the thermo valve. Check if the central part has worked itself loose.
