1990 Acura Integra

I have a 1990 Acura with non working headlights. When I turn the switch, the inside lights come on and the back lights work but the headlights don't come on. The brights will work if i keep the switched pulled towards me at an angle. What could be the problem with the regular lights and it is an expensive fix? The bulbs and fuses are fine.
