1990 Acura Integra 1990 Acura Integra Psngr side power wind

power window will go up very slowly to a point then power up normally from about half way up with car key in the on position, when the engine is cranked the window goes up normally. all other power windows work normally no matter what position the key is in and the battery is less than 6 months old. Is the problem in the wiring or the motor. I have lubricated everything with a slilicon lube and the window molding is in good shape
