1989 Acura Integra Engine oil Light ON and Temperature disp

Hi, my Engine oil light is on and the temperature shows in highest when i switch the key to power. the other thing is that i didn't drive the car for days and this situation still occur. i am wonder that should i go to oil change to try it may be back to normal (but oil is full and moderate dark and coolant is full too). Or, there is some other issues actully happening to the car. The fact is that i don't drive the car that much, may be 2 miles per week, and i just want to keep it until i am able to rebuild the car.
