1998 Acura EL abs light

Hi I have a 98 acura el..recently the abs light comes on when I do over 100 kmh..and stays on..but if i turn the lights on it stays off..and i also tried lowering the power windows and the abs light shut off but went back on when i relaesed the button..and if i speed up while driving it comes on..I think its eletrcial..I did bring it in to midas to have the abs scanned and they found no problem?? I had the battery replaced could this of done anything?? thanx

have the car scanned directly after the issues occurs before driving mcuh further and hopefully you can retreive any history abs codes. If the light comes on and goes off it is because the system has seen the issue and then deemed there being no fault. Once that occurs it is a history code and cleared after a specific period of time.
