engine is at operating temperature the idle goes to 1500 RPMs?

When the engine is at operating temperature the idle goes to 1500 RPMs in neutral and fluctuates 500 RPMs in gear it seems to idle fine.

This can happen when the IAC valve needs service, here is the location so you can check it out with a guide to give you step by step instructions.
