An error has been detected by the PCM and is indicating by the blinking D4 light.
Get a free scan done at Autozone and let me know the EXACT trouble code.

the trouble codes are PO758 and PO135

P0135 = HO2S ( Heated Oxygen Sensor ) heater circuit malfunction.
P0758 = Shift Control Solenoid Valve "B".
Test would have to be performed to verify the source, could be a faulty sensor/solenoid . Check if any of the wireharness are loose or contaminated.
When did the Check Engine Light started showing?
It is a separate issue with the D light blinking.
