1998 Acura CL engine codes flashing. please help!!

i have a 98 cl and the oil belt just broke. had it replaced and ran a diagnostic on the car. results came back sayin that i had low effeciency on the catalytic converter, problem with the v-tech solenoid and the srs light keeps coming on. when i start the car, the lights on the panel remain illuminated, but when i step on the gas, they start to flash.
after some time, ran another diagnostic and it said that everything was fine, but the lights on the cluster continue to give the same problem. can you please give me some kind of idea as to how to fix this problem. thank you kindly.
i also have a compustar alarm system with an auto start feature which has not been starting as of a couple of months proir to this problem. would that have anything to do with the problem as well. thank you kindly.

The symptoms seems like the charging system is causing it.

Check the charging voltage both at alternator and battery. Rev engine and test, if voltage drops to, check alternator belt and crank pulley.

The auto start does not function at all or it intermittently fails? It could be a blown fuse.

thank you for the reply in such a prompt manner. i will try your suggestion and let you know if that was the problem. i also got a chance to test drive the car, and noticed that when it gets to 4,000 rpm it seems like it has a restrictor and starts to jerk as thought i'm running out of gas. could this problem be because i just changed the timing belt and the timing could be off by a tooth? please do let me know.

Sorry for the late reply this time around, was away due to personal reasons.

Yes, the lack of power could be due to valve timing out of sync with the crankshaft due to the timing belt replacement. Check the ignition timing with a timing light, if it is way off, then the belt is out of sync. This would also cause the v-Tec valves to be out of sync. If you need the belting timing marks, let me know.
