I replaced the radiator cooling fan, old one had a broken fan blade. The old fan worked when I removed it, the new one will not turn on (spin). I replaced the fan relay with one of the same type. No luck. I jumpered the relay power wire to the fan power wire and the fan came on. I have to replace the Radiator Fan Timer because I burnt it up jumpering the relay.
Questions - What else could it be? Maybe the Coolant Temp sensor? Where's it located? Can I install a switch to control the fan manually? Will it hurt the fan to run continuously?
