1997 Acura CL Head lights not working properly

I have a 97 Acura CL 3.0 with electrical problems in the head lights. I was messing around with the fog light switch and must have plugged the wires in backwards. Now when I turn my headlights on my highbeams and right low beam are "glowing" and left low beam lights as normal. Any advice as where to start?

I found that I had a blown fuse. I cannot believe I didn't check that sooner.
