My check engine light came on, and it said to replace the EGR valve. I replaced it, cleared the error on the OBD2, and error cleared. However, the check engine light keeps coming back on with the same "EGR valve malfunction" error.

What should I do?

try and remove battery cable just one the +for about 60-sec. that will clear the computer.
