Note that I have try to change the clogged catalytic, but still doing the same!

How is the fuel pump or fuel filter? Let's test the fuel pressure and fuel filter. here is a guide to help walk you thought he steps you can rent a gauge for free at the auto parts store:

The problem is I don't know the location of the fuel filter .

Mitsubishi DION 2000 Year 2005

It should be back at the fuel tank, follow the fuel line from the tank to the engine.
