Acceleration, loss of speed, too slow to get 30 mph

The loss of speed while going up a hill while foot is on the pedal.
hesitation in shifting gears.
slow take off, RPM high while still at 30 mph.

Okay. Could things. We need to check the oil level on the engine. Then check for codes in the computers.

Depending on the results we can act accordingly. However, if there are no codes and the oil level is okay, then we need to monitor fuel pressure while this happens.

This could also be a throttle position sensor issue so we may need to get into that as well. Is there any chance you have a scan tool that can monitor live data?
